We are seeking a visionary Head of Performance and Business Insight to lead our central performance reporting and insight function.In this pivotal role, you'll provide enterprise-wide assurance against regulatory commitments and help shape our AMP8 strategic priorities. You'll lead a team of performance specialists, collaborate across the business, and engage directly with the Executive Committee and Board to deliver clear, accurate, and actionable insights that drive performance and transformation.In this role, you will:Lead the development of performance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecardsProvide strategic assurance on corporate performance, regulatory metrics, and ODIsCollaborate with our Data, Digital and Technology team (DDaT) and Finance team to align data, technology, and financial forecastingDrive cross-functional performance insight and data quality improvementsCoordinate and deliver Performance Board reporting and narratives that influence decisionsAct as deputy to the Director of Performance, engaging with senior leaders and the BoardSupport programme delivery tracking and ensure alignment with business goals and budgetsIntegrate with our programme and change delivery teams to ensure robust programmes are delivered with effective performance tracking aligned with plans, budgets and goalsWe're looking for someone with:Proven experience leading performance, reporting, or analytics functions in complex organisationsStrong knowledge of corporate performance frameworks, regulatory reporting, and strategic planningExceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teamsHighly analytical, numerate, and skilled in presenting complex insights to senior stakeholdersExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skillsAn ability to deal with high complexity and ambiguityExperience in regulated or construction environments is desirableAs a valued employee, you'll be entitled to: 30 days holiday plus bank holidays (with flexibility for religious holidays) Car AllowancePersonal private health care Life cover - 8x annual salary Competitive pension scheme - we double-match your contributions up to 6% Annual bonus scheme and lifestyle benefits Why Join Us?We're a purpose-led organisation committed to sustainability, innovation, and delivering long-term value for our customers and communities.
