Our client has an opportunity for an : Junior Commercial Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organisation were you will be providing ongoing support to the senior commercial analyst and assisting in the day-to-day administrative function of the finance department
Role: Junior Commercial Analyst
Location: Prestwick
Salary: DOE
Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 & Friday 08:30 - 14:30
What you'll be doing:
Cleanse daily clocking data from time management systems
Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Tracking project profitability
Facilitate verification and approval of incoming vendor invoices
Issue temporary security passes when required
General administrative tasks as required to support the wider Finance Team
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Excel including basic formulas such as vlookup, xlookup, if(s) and conditional formatting (Experience with Smartsheet would be considered an advantage)
Experience with Navision / MS Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting software (prior experience with any ERP system would be considered an advantage)
Comfortable collating and manipulating data
Great attention to detail
Curiosity and an analytical mindset
Experience with time tracking management
Understanding of basic accounting concepts
