Teaching Personnel are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Special Needs Teachers to work within specialist provisions in the Portsmouth area. The schools that we work with cater for Primary and Secondary puils, most of whom will be working to below Age Related Expectations. The Role: You will be teaching pupils with a variety of moderate to complex additional needs, which may include: Autism (ASC) Sensory needs Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties Communication and interaction needs Physical needs You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that are tailored to individual learning plans, supporting pupils’ academic progress as well as their personal development.
