Business Support Officer Surrey Area | Hybrid Working Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | £35,000 – £40,000 We are currently recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Business Support Officer to join a busy operational team. This is a varied and fast-paced role providing key support across Planned Works, Structural, and Insurance teams. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting operational delivery, contractor coordination, compliance tracking, and day-to-day business administration. Key responsibilities include: * Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across multiple service areas * Coordinating works programmes and supporting ongoing projects * Liaising with contractors and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered efficiently * Managing compliance trackers and maintaining accurate records and documentation * Monitoring progress of works and escalating issues where required * Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently * Supporting reporting and workflow management through internal systems The successful candidate will have: * Previous experience within business support, administration, or operational support roles * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities * Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Strong IT skills, including maintaining trackers and spreadsheets * A proactive and team-focused approach This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term role within a supportive and dynamic team environment
