The position is an interim, full-time temporary role for 12 months, based at Blackfriars on London's Victoria Embankment. It requires 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation is up to £26,800 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience. The role offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to business requirements.
Responsibilities
* Support a wide range of internal and external communications within the Home Care function.
* Lead on tasks spanning internal and external communications, including analytics to measure effectiveness and brand asset management.
* External communications: develop owned content, deliver assigned stories, coordinate with teams, and lead employer brand content series with the Employer Brand team (e.g., LinkedIn posts); provide event support, research, and stakeholder collaboration.
* Internal communications: manage distribution lists, create internal communications via VivaEngage, develop the monthly internal news round-up, support Home Care Live and other internal events, and assist with Community Engagement workstreams.
Requirements
* Skills and attributes: Communications degree or equivalent.
* Experience and knowledge of corporate/brand storytelling.
* Strong written communication skills for diverse audiences; confident with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Digital literacy across owned media platforms; ability to research and analyse key data.
* Project coordination experience.
