Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 4 days office, 1 day home)

We’re working with a leading UK law firm with a reputation for handling complex, high-profile work and a strong national presence. As they continue a period of exciting transformation, they’re looking for a HR Business Partner to take a key role in shaping the firm’s future.
This isn’t just another HR role – it’s a real opportunity to influence how a prestigious legal business supports and develops its people. You’ll work closely with the HR Director and senior leadership across the firm, acting as a trusted advisor on all things people-related. From handling high-stakes employee relations cases to coaching Partners and HoDs, you’ll bring strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and emotional intelligence to every interaction.

* Experience managing or mentoring others – you’ll be leading a small team and helping them grow.
