Requirements:

As a Reception Manager, you will be expected to:

* Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered to our guests.
* Understand the impact of effective cost control while undertaking the role.
* Maintain a good level of product and local knowledge for guests when requested.
* Ensure cooperation and compliance with all legislation relevant to your role in the business.
* Undertake Learning and Development to enable you to fulfill your job role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver excellent service to our guests.

Guestline knowledge is essential!!!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable, and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties will include:

1. Ensuring efficient and friendly service when dealing with all guest requirements at the front desk and handling telephone inquiries effectively.
2. Ensuring all staff are fully aware of booking procedures to maximize sales and revenue in the hotel.
3. Cooperating with all departments to ensure correct reports and information are provided on request.
4. Keeping the front desk presentable and staffed at all times.
5. Demonstrating knowledge of all hotel services and facilities and the local area.
6. Maximizing room revenues in line with company standards.
