Are you ready to join the Palladio Doors family as our new Regional Sales Manager in Northern Ireland ?
Proven sales managerial experience (While proven sales managerial experience is important, it is not essential to have the knowledge and experience within the door and window industry)
Good commercial acumen as well as the ability to understand technical information.

Develop awareness and raise our profile principally within independent window/ door fabricators and installers, trade counters and retail showrooms.
Identification of projects and sales opportunities within each account.
Build a database of key decision-maker contacts.
Profiling and categorisation of accounts to focus on key accounts.
Promotion of our composite doors by building strong customer relationships, training, effective lead utilization and conversion, account development, attendance of trade exhibitions and through presentation of CPD seminars.
Arranging and hosting customer visits to our facilities.
Management of sales pipeline in CRM database.
Effective territory planning and lead generation.
Sales performance overall and by product line.
