* Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year (Negotiable/higher for specialists).

Your Role As a core Vehicle Technician in our Central Bristol team, you will:
* Diagnostics & Repair: Carry out accurate fault diagnosis, routine servicing, and complex mechanical or electrical repairs primarily across Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, and Skoda models.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure any faults are accurately diagnosed and report clearly to the Service Manager on vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance.
* Compliance: Strictly adhere to quality and health and safety procedures to maintain a secure and efficient workshop environment.
* Front Desk Support: Occasionally assist at the front desk with booking work in/out and handling general inquiries from our loyal customer base.

What You Need
* Qualifications: NVQ/IMI Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is preferred. However, we highly welcome time-served technicians with strong practical experience and no formal qualifications.
* Experience: Ideally 2 to 3 years of technical experience post-qualification, with a strong background or interest in VAG group vehicles being a major advantage. An active MOT licence is preferred but non-essential.
* Key Strengths: A dedicated team player with a strong work ethic who takes great pride in delivering high-quality work.
* Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential.
