Finance Analyst - Commercial
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)

As a Finance Analyst within our Commercial Finance function, you'll collaborate with teams across the business to support trading goals, manage performance, and help shape financial planning that aligns with our broader business strategy.
Your Opportunity:
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support trading and commercial decision-making
- Partner with Finance Business Partners and key stakeholders across Haven
- Analyse revenue streams, including holidays, caravan sales, and site fee income
- Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Play a key role in Fleet operation reporting, including capitalisation and purchase metrics
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
- Support in developing consistent business-wide reporting tools with Finance and BI teams
- Translate commercial data into meaningful financial indicators
- Present financial insights at meetings and contribute to action-oriented decisions
- Identify risks and opportunities, supporting the business in mitigating or maximising them
What we'd like you to bring:
- Newly or part-qualified in a professional accounting/finance qualification
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to link financials to business operations
- Confident communicator with a knack for simplifying complex financial data
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in data analysis tools and reporting systems
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Curiosity and initiative to spot opportunities and add value
- Desire to grow into a future finance leadership role
