Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service. Conduct market appraisals/valuations to win new business and grow the lettings portfolio. Assist in managing the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in. Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants. Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants. Stay up to date with local market trends and advise clients accordingly. Handle paperwork and lettings admin efficiently and accurately. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience in a lettings role (negotiator, valuer, or management level). Strong communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, customer-focused approach. Good local market knowledge (preferred). A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
