SSAS Client Relationship Manager Location: Belfast (hybrid working) Salary: competitive benefits Were seeking an experienced and detail-driven SSAS client relationship manager (CRM) to join our specialist pensions administration team. Youll work alongside the SSAS team, directors and consultancy staff, supporting Northern Irelands largest SSAS advisory service, and playing a key role in maintaining our high standards of client care and technical excellence. What youll do: manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of SSAS schemes, serving as the primary point of contact follow established best practice for maintaining accurate and audit-ready scheme records, trustee documentation and compliance files, including: supporting the identification and reporting of risks, control gaps or potential compliance issues contributing to maintaining a strong risk culture within the SSAS team, ensuring governance and oversight standards remain high staying up to date with regulatory changes affecting SSAS schemes and incorporating these into daily work set up new schemes including HMRC registration and oversee scheme takeovers prepare meeting packs, annual valuations, statements, trustee reports and other documentation administer member events including new members, transfers, retirements and death benefits meet all regulatory reporting obligations (HMRC, TPR etc.) support clients and advisers with SSAS technical queries process and monitor investments such as commercial property, borrowing and loanback arrangements prepare and verify complex calculations valuations, benefit summaries, Lump Sum Allowance (LSA) related work etc. contribute to continuous improvement projects and support technical process development Youll be expected to work proactively, handling client queries promptly and professionally while building strong relationships with advisers, trustees and internal stakeholders. While supporting knowledge sharing and consistency of approach within the SSAS team, youll work closely with directors, consultants, paraplanners and wider support teams.
