We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of an Estate Enhancement Project Operative, on a 2-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £18.70 - £23.80 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Deliver enhancement projects such as creating boxed planters, painting, pressure washing, and window cleaning
* Carry out gutter and basic grounds maintenance
* Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
* Maintain a tidy, safe working area and handle equipment responsibly
* Engage with residents in a professional and respectful manner
Requirements:
* Proficient in carpentry, painting, and general property maintenance
* Experience using pressure washers and cleaning tools
* Basic understanding of grounds and building upkeep
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage workload effectively

* You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
* You should have right to work in U.K
* This role requires a Basic DBS
