Must-Have’s
* Minimum 2 years' experience in menswear design (must include graphic design)
* Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
* Relevant fashion or design qualification (degree preferred)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Commercial awareness and understanding of current trends
* Highly organised, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Able to create accurate tech packs and liaise with offshore suppliers
Nice-to-Have’s
* Experience across multiproduct categories
* Familiarity with managing offshore sampling and production
* Experience designing for e-commerce or high street retail collaborations
So, what will you be doing?
* Supporting the senior designer to create seasonal menswear collections
* Designing graphic t-shirts and assisting with multiproduct development
* Generating detailed design packs and managing product sampling
* Collaborating with international suppliers and internal teams
* Contributing to trend research and ensuring product relevance
* Getting involved in end-to-end design from concept to production

Location Note
