*Residential Property Solicitor/Head of Office*
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Wokingham office on a full-time basis. The role can also be to perform the Head of Office position.
The successful applicant will:
· ideally have recent experience working in Wokingham and/or Berkshire;
· have a proven track record in building excellent relationships with local estate agents and referrers of work;
· have very strong technical skills, excellent client care and a collaborative, team-based approach to working;
· have a proven track record in managing workloads to achieve financial targets; and
· be comfortable with adhering to compliance, policies and internal systems.

The successful applicant will need to have at least 5 years PQE in residential property and an efficient and well organized approach to managing client work. You will have a professional, friendly and reassuring approach to dealing with clients, as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines and to prioritize work.
Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office are essential and prior experience of using case management systems is required.
