An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Clinical Team Manager to support early intervention team.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop all the staff and encourage positive working relationships with colleagues within Mersey Care NHS Trust and other external agencies/organisations.
* Carry managerial responsibility of the St Helens and Knowsley Early intervention team. Responsible for the performance and delivery of high quality, evidenced based and person centred care.
* Operate as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team and be flexible in terms of delivering care within a community setting.
