Head of Customer Training & Sales - National - Monday - Friday - 37.5 Hours a Week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Customer Training & Sales. You will lead and take full accountability for the Customer Training portfolio, promoting and developing the Customer Value Proposition. Develop and lead a national sales team to increase share of customer wallet, focusing on new business development, with the goal of doubling EBITDA and enhancing margins over three years to support our Velocity Strategy.

What you'll need:

* Strong understanding of the construction industry's compliance and skills landscape.
* Proven success in developing and scaling training or service-based sales.
* Inspirational leadership with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering value-led solutions.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to build long-term, value-driven client relationships.
