THE ROLE:
- You manage your own caseload, gaining strong exposure to high:quality commercial property work and client contact from the outset.
- You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchases of owner:occupied commercial property, secured lending and related finance transactions and sale and leaseback arrangements.
- Supervising more junior members of the team.
- Taking part in business development and networking activities
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
- A proactive, reliable and deadline:focused working style
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Experience working in a busy, professional environment
