We have a new opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to be part of an exciting new office in Swansea. This is a new appointment to assist the new regional partner and will allow for strong ownership and autonomy working with the conveyancing partner. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading and well-known figure within the conveyancing market.
You will have a strong technical ability to deal with all residential conveyancing related matters including unregistered land, leasehold and new build properties.
