SOLICITOR (PROPERTY TEAM) – FIXED TERM
We have a vacancy for a lawyer / Solicitor to join our growing Property Team. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic lawyers to join an established team providing expert advice in property law to our partner Councils.
Salary: up to £58,865 plus benefits.

Responsibilities
You will need to be a practising Solicitor or Barrister with experience and knowledge of property law. You will need strong interpersonal, drafting, negotiating and advisory skills and competence with IT and case management systems. We value an enabling, positive approach to finding solutions to complex problems and the ability to anticipate and adapt to business and client needs with a good understanding of risk management.
The team operates in a fast‑paced, proactive and client‑focused way with our three Council clients, and you would be part of a highly performing team reporting to the Senior Solicitor (Business Partner) for the Property Team.
Qualifications
Practical experience as a Solicitor or Barrister in property law; strong drafting, negotiating, advisory and IT skills; good understanding of risk management.
Working Arrangement
Hybrid working – remote/home with some regular office attendance required for team and client meetings as well as a regular in‑office Duty Solicitor rota.
