About the Role As a Care Assistant with Bradcare Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent within their own homes. You will deliver consistent, compassionate care in accordance with individual care plans, promoting wellbeing, choice, dignity, and independence at all times. This role involves providing single-handed 1:1 care support within a live-in environment.
