What you’ll do as a Graduate Engineering Administrator This role provides a structured introduction to the day-to-day realities of mechanical and production engineering. You’ll support engineering and design teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to high standards — all while developing a strong grounding in engineering processes and systems. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining and updating engineering data in the company’s ERP system. Producing and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) for products and assemblies. Assisting in generating cost estimates for commercial proposals. Supporting the creation and control of engineering documentation and records. Making minor updates to drawings and preparing documentation packs for product builds. Maintaining calibration, HSE, training, and technical records. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process development.
