This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, producing clear and accurate documentation, and supporting fair, consistent employee relations processes. Youll play a key part in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, with a particular focus on employee relations administration, HR reporting, and drafting outcome letters.
