Role Overview
You will work as a Customer Support Advisor in our Everyday Banking team, helping customers manage their money with confidence. Your main duties will include guiding customers through the banking app, answering day‑to‑day questions and resolving more complex issues. Most interactions will be via inbound calls, so clear listening and communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide inbound call support for everyday banking inquiries.
* Explain banking app functions and guide customers through steps.
* Answer routine questions and troubleshoot issues.
* Escalate and resolve more complex problems using available resources.
* Work with a supportive team, using modern tools and clear guidance.
Working Pattern & Availability
* Shift starts between 8:00 am and 10:00 am and ends between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
* Working time covers a maximum of five out of seven days in a Monday–Sunday period.
* Weekend working is limited to 37.5 % (equivalent to three weekend days in a four‑week period).
* During the first two months after start date, no planned holidays or commitments are allowed to maximise training effectiveness.
* Comfortable with the described shift pattern and weekend rotation.
Training & Career Development

Eligibility & Qualifications
* Experience in banking, insurance or broader financial services is helpful but not essential.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: £26,200, increasing to £26,950 after 6 months. Potential to reach £31,450 at the highest skill level. Salary reviewed annually on 1 April.
