Are you an exceptional communicator with a tenacious appetite for getting things done and over the line? We are seeking an individual who possesses a strong focus on client delivery and case progression for a successful, highly professional and growing business, based in Erith, Kent.
The Case Manager role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
At its core, the Case Manager opportunity sits at the centre of the business. It is all about taking ownership of the live cases and keeping them moving. In this role, adherence to compliance and regulation is vital, which means that this Case Manager role will suit an individual with proven and recent experience gained from a highly regulated, professional services environment.
What we are seeking in a Case Manager is a person who has the confidence to pick up the phone! It will be your responsibility to push for progress, chase for information, and gain detailed progress updates on a variety of ongoing cases. Maintaining case momentum and keeping every stake holder informed of progress (or challenges) are the keys to success in this role.
The Case Manager role is a whole lot more than just a task based ‘job’. It will be up to you to take responsibility, rather than waiting to be told. So, if you are the type of person who is more comfortable trying to coordinate cases from behind a screen – we strongly advise that you to pass on this one.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure up to date progress and coordination of a variety of ‘live’ cases to ensure seamless workflow across departments
* Communicate potential delays to cases promptly to all stakeholders
* Utilise AI tools and digital systems to enhance efficiency and reporting
* Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
* Act as a point of contact for clients, lenders and third parties ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
About You
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Exquisite telephone manner
* Proficient with AI-driven platforms and business systems
* Previous experience in a highly regulated, professional industry (e.g. finance, legal, healthcare, insurance)
* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Solutions-focused with a positive, proactive attitude
If you are ready to dive into a role where your talents can truly shine, please submit your CV. Alternatively, please contact Bright Side Recruitment Ltd for more information.
My client looks forward to welcoming a new team member who is as passionate about operational excellence and client success as they are.
