How You’ll Make an Impact
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director with strong experience and understanding of the digital marketing industry. Working with the London Epsilon team, you will have access to cutting-edge digital solutions to win clients. This is a quota-carrying role focused on closing business. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, along with key internal stakeholders and external customers. This role is hybrid based in London, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
What You’ll Achieve
* Meet or exceed annual revenue targets by closing new contracts with direct clients outside of Publicis Groupe, selling Digital Media & Onsite Optimization solutions to enterprise accounts.
* Engage in strong consultative selling, developing opportunities and closing deals.
* Manage all stages of the sales process from prospecting to signing.
* Experience selling complex, multifaceted platforms to mid-market and enterprise clients.
* Coordinate with marketing and product development to align sales strategies with business goals.
Who You Are
* Qualifications:
o 5-7+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
o Extensive network of contacts across various verticals such as retail, travel, finance, auto, FMCG.
o Ability to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and navigate challenges.
o Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes.
* Preferred Skills:
o Deep understanding of the Adtech industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
o At least 2 years agency experience.
o Creative problem-solving and a tenacious sales approach.
o Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.
o Strong analytical skills and data-driven sales strategies.
