What We’re Looking For
With the continued growth of our market access and health economics and outcomes research activities, we are seeking an ambitious manager-level consultant with a genuine passion for understanding and communicating the value of healthcare. Requirements: a life sciences or medical degree; experience in market access or HEOR; preferably a relevant postgraduate qualification. You should demonstrate broad experience across market access, health economics, healthcare policy, literature research and evidence evaluation.
How You Fit In
The role involves creating and delivering solutions for clients that inform the development of value propositions and communications to optimise pricing, reimbursement and market access. You will work in collaboration with the Analyst team and receive support from Senior Directors. This includes building relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and mentoring and developing Analysts within project teams. You will have an in-depth understanding of the perspectives and evidence needs of the stakeholders involved in healthcare decision-making. Strong project leadership, a passion for developing self and others, strategic insight and a creative mindset are essential, as is an appetite for hard work and having fun.

Your Background Will Include
* Qualifications / skills / experience
o A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, such as life sciences, health economics or public health
* Essential A postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject
* Desirable Excellent data analysis skills
* Essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Essential Demonstrated proficiency in healthcare value demonstration
* Essential Extensive experience in relevant research techniques, including literature reviews
* Essential Understanding of health economics and healthcare policy
