Location: Predominately remote - Adhoc visits to Leeds, or Nottingham
About the role: You will be responsible for leading on complex legal matters, advising on procurement strategy, contract structures and contract management, while embedding legal considerations across its designated commercial category.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery Legal and Commercial support, with the following skills and experience:
* Experience of lead complex legal matters. xsngvjr
* Knowledge of public procurement regulations (PCR2015, PA23, UCR2016 etc)
* Experience of public sector procurement.
* Hold a legal qualification (LLB or SQE) - Desirable
