As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom to oversee lessons in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students remain on task with the work set. Many of our placements lead to long‑term cover or routes into teacher training for the right candidates. About the Role In this role, you will supervise students across KS3 and KS4, following pre‑planned lessons provided by the class teacher. Your key responsibilities include managing behaviour, delivering instructions, and ensuring pupils stay focused and productive throughout the lesson. No planning or marking is required.
