We’re exclusively partnering with a client in the safety and technology sector who are looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to take ownership of the trade marketing strategy and drive impactful campaigns across a growing and evolving customer base.
As Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the full trade channel marketing strategy that supports brand awareness and lead generation through integrated marketing campaigns and thought leadership. You’ll be communicating with customers across construction, house builders, social housing and merchants/installers etc.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the end-to-end trade marketing strategy across all B2B channels
* Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, PR and events/exhibitions
* Manage and allocate a significant market budget
* Balance brand awareness and lead generation objectives
* Shift focus from product-led marketing to thought leadership positioning
* Lead and manage external agencies and internal stakeholders
* Work closely with sales teams, managing expectations and driving alignment
* Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve ROI
About You
* Proven experience in trade, professional, or B2B marketing
* Strong strategic mindset with the ability to build plans from the ground up
* Confident in agency management and stakeholder leadership
* Resilient, dynamic, and able to navigate complex internal relationships
* Able to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities effectively
* Background in either agency or in-house marketing
* If you have a background in the fire safety industry, that would be advantageous
