Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a 360 desk focused on the Irish market
* Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients and candidates
* Develop new opportunities through warm outreach, referrals, and market engagement
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑ to senior‑level roles
* Source, interview, and assess high‑quality candidates
* Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate and client experience
* Work to agreed financial and activity targets
* Attend industry networking events and represent the brand professionally
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (ideally within energy, engineering, life sciences, or data centre sectors)
* Strong relationship‑building skills with a consultative approach
* Comfortable developing business through warm conversations and market presence
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
* Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
* Self‑motivated, organised, and driven to achieve results
* Graduate or graduate‑calibre
