Job Description
3. Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
4. Gather and document business requirements to support technology-driven projects.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
6. Create detailed project documentation, including process flows and functional specifications.
7. Support testing and implementation phases to ensure successful project delivery.
8. Act as a bridge between the Technology department and other business units.
9. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance system functionality and user experience.
10. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Analyst should have:
11. Proven experience in business analysis within the Property industry.
12. Experience on having delivered on an end-to-end intranet refresh project.
13. Proven experience partnering with Communications and HR stakeholders.
14. Strong understanding of technology-driven processes and solutions.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
17. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
18. Excellent test management experience.
19. Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and process flows.
20. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
21. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
