Job Summary
The Integration and Partnership Co-ordinator will support the effective delivery of the Connect to Work programme by coordinating integrated working and building strong partnerships across internal teams and external organisations.
The post holder will act as a central point of contact for partners, ensuring services are joined up, referral pathways are effective, and collaborative working supports positive employment outcomes for participants. The Integration and Partnership Co-ordinator will contribute to shaping and embedding partnership and integration practices across the delivery team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Act as the central point of coordination for integration and partnership activity within the Connect to Work delivery team.
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated working partnerships across internal teams and external partners and stakeholders.
Market the Connect to Work provision in person and remotely.
Coordinate partnership activity to ensure services are aligned and focused on positive participant employment outcomes.
