Our client is one of the world's largest leading manufacturers, with a presence in all the leading supermarkets in the UK, and is expanding.
Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and improve the electrical reliability of process equipment and infrastructure.
* Work as part of a skilled maintenance team, supporting performance, energy efficiency, and production uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across systems.
* Diagnose and repair faults on motors, PLCs, drives, sensors, and control systems.
* Support Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) and energy efficiency programs.
* Ensure safety compliance, including LOTO procedures and recordkeeping.
* Collaborate across disciplines to complete projects and resolve issues.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in electrical maintenance within manufacturing.
* Electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2381/2377, HNC/HND).
* Knowledge of BS7671 regulations and strong fault-finding skills.
* Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance tracking.
Desirable Skills:
* PLC programming and diagnostics.
* Additional certifications in electrical safety or infrastructure systems.
