About the Role
As Manager of Bids and Funding, you will lead the development and submission of winning proposals across a wide range of skills and employability programmes. You’ll play a central role in driving funding success and enabling the organisation to expand its impact across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new funding and tender opportunities
*
Lead the end-to-end bid process: writing, project managing, and submitting proposals
*
Collaborate with delivery, operations, and compliance teams to create compelling content
*
Ensure bids meet all criteria and are submitted on time
*
Monitor changes in policy and funding streams to inform strategy

You’re a confident and capable bid professional with a passion for education and skills, and a talent for creating high-quality, successful submissions.
You’ll bring:

Proven experience in writing and winning bids in the employability or skills sector

A strong understanding of Skills Bootcamps, Adult Education Budget (AEB), or other government-funded training programmes
*
Excellent written communication and project management skills
*
A strategic mindset and experience managing internal stakeholders

A genuine passion for using funding to improve lives through training and education
