This is a 9-month maternity cover, offering hybrid work with 3 days per week from the Canary Wharf office

The Role

It is the responsibility of the Talent Acquisition team, to ensure that euNetworks is attracting and hiring top talent across all departments, locations and career levels. Identifying people who will hold to our value that We respect and trust one another and all of our stakeholders.

As a Talent Partner you will build relationships with hiring managers across multiple functions and geographies, developing an extensive knowledge of the talent in their teams to then identify and recruit both internal and external talent. You will prioritise diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, securing top talent for permanent and contract roles.

What will you be doing?

* Building strong relationships across the business with stakeholders and team members. You will develop an in depth understanding of each function’s team culture and skills, to ensure you source and hire the best people.
* Identify the most effective resources for each requirement including but not limited to Social Media, Job sites, referrals, headhunting, internal database and internet databases.
* Prioritising DEI standards throughout the recruitment process.
* Conducting first stage interviews and managing the interview process through to offer.
* Ensure euNetworks is positively represented by creating a welcoming, efficient, consistent and informative hiring process for candidates.
* Provide consultative guidance on market trends, salary benchmarking and talent availability.
* Maintaining an organised and compliant Applicant Tracking System to ensure the recruitment process is smooth and efficient. To include regular functional reviews and improvements.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

What do we want from you?

* Talent acquisition experience; either as an external recruitment consultant or an internal talent acquisition role.
* A track record recruiting for technical roles in multiple European countries (ideally Germany and Bulgaria)
* Experience pro-actively sourcing passive candidates.
* Knowledge of various job sites and resources for active candidates.
* A passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and experience applying this to recruitment processes.
* An interest in building relationships across a variety of business functions and geographies.

Preferred

* Experience interviewing for technical positions is an advantage
* Written and spoken German and other European languages
