Sales Office Administrator needed for a well-established Construction client! This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be part of a team in a widely-relevant industry.
The right candidate will have:
Experience in office administration / Sales administration, preferably for a construction company
Be highly detailed orientated
Be organised and punctual
Must be able to drive and have own vehicle
Experienced using Microsoft Excel & Word
A good telephone manner
As a Sales Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Uploading files / information to portals
Answering the main line and passing enquires / sales leads to the right point of contact
Monitoring and responding to email enquiries
Updating Spreadsheets / databases
Expenses and other relevant paperwork
Hardcopy and electronic filing
Role: Sales Office Administrator
Location: Bourne End, High Wycombe
Reporting to: Office Manager
Job Type: Temp to Perm
This role is a great opportunity for somebody to grow in to the company. Starting on a temporary basis, you will take on a permanent position after the probationary period.
