Recovery Coach Team Operational Team Lead
The closing date is 29 September 2025
The Recovery Coach Team (RCT) is a time-limited service available to individuals aged 17 and over. The team provides a supportive step-down pathway for patients transitioning from secondary care services back into the community.
Using a combination of coaching techniques delivered by Recovery Coaches and lived experience offered by Peer Support Workers, the service delivers a mix of one-to-one and group sessions designed to help patients reconnect with and engage in their communities.
As the RCT is set for an exciting relaunch, we are seeking a motivated and passionate clinician with a strong commitment to recovery-focused practice to coordinate, support, and drive this team forward.
This can be a hybrid role however some in person attendance is essential.
Please contact Emma Taylor for an informal discussion prior to applying.
