Working Pattern: Up to 2 days per week, 8:30am–4:30pm (on‑site). Days can be agreed with some flexibility.
DBS: Valid DBS required or willingness to undertake a new check.

A well‑regarded organisation in North Bradford is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support the HR Manager with new cases during a project period, on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly embed themselves within a busy HR environment and provide high‑quality support on a range ofplex employee relations matters.
Your New RoleWith previous experience in ER (Employee Relations), you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload, often involvingplex and sensitive issues. You will provide expert vice and guidance to managers, ensuring fair,pliant and timely resolution of cases.Key responsibilities include:
1. Managingplex ER cases end‑to‑end, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence and performance matters.
2. Providing expert advice aligned with ACAS guidance and best practice.
3. Ensuring all actions arepliant with current employment law and organisational policies.
4. Preparing documentation, conducting investigations and supporting hearings where required.
5. Working closely with managers to build confidence and capability in handling ER matters.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
6. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a dedicated employee relations role.
7. Strong working knowledge of employment law and ACAS codes of practice.
8. Proven experience managingplex ER cases independently.
9. Ability to hit the ground running and operate with minimal supervision.
10. Excellentmunication, judgement and organisational skills.
11. A valid DBS or willingness to undertake a check before starting.
