An established company within the Engineering Services industry is seeking a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to join their team. This role will involve providing day-to-day support to the Office Manager and taking responsibility for a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in an office administration role
* Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
* Positive attitude with a hands-on and proactive approach
* Minute-taking is essential
Main Responsibilities:
* Handling general office duties such as answering calls and emails, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
* Taking and distributing minutes during meetings
* Maintaining fleet administration records, including scheduling vehicle services, MOTs, and repairs
* Keeping internal training records up to date and arranging courses as required
* Processing purchase orders within an in-house CRM and coordinating with relevant departments
* Assisting with recruitment and supporting onboarding of new staff (including setting up IT equipment)
* Providing administrative support to internal operational teams
* Using internal systems to upload documentation, process delivery notes, and manage material orders
Role Details:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Working hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
* A driving licence is advantageous due to the office location; however, some public transport links are available
