At Severn Trent, were committed to meeting our obligations to the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) and safeguarding water quality across the Seven Trent and Hafren Dyfrdwy network. Were looking for a passionate and organised Programme Coordinator to play a key role in planning and delivering the isolation, inspection, maintenance and recommissioning of Distribution Service Reservoirs (DSR) and portable water tanks - helping ensure communities always have access to safe drinking water when they need it most.
In this role, youll play a central role in managing the end-to-end coordination of our programme. Working closely with Project Managers across the company, youll bring clarity and structure to complex activity, joining regular conference calls to track progress, resolve issues and keep everyone aligned. Youll use Excel confidently to update compliance trackers, maintain accurate records and support robust DWI submissions and recommissioning plans, ensuring our commitments are met and our customers water remains safe.
Youll be based at our headquarter office in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, were looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, working Monday to Friday office hours.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver the isolation, inspection, maintenance and recommissioning of Distribution Service Reservoirs (DSR) and portable water tanks.
* Manage end-to-end programme coordination, working with Project Managers, joining regular conference calls to track progress, resolve issues and keep stakeholders aligned.
* Utilise Excel to update compliance trackers, maintain accurate records and support DWI submissions and recommissioning plans.
Requirements / Skills
* Organised and proactive individual who can juggle multiple stakeholders, plans and priorities.
* Confident in using systems and data, particularly Excel, to track activity and manage compliance information.
* Strong relationship-building and clear communication to keep teams aligned and on track.
* Attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to stay calm in a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Knowledge of the water industry, with particular experience of DSRs and portable water tanks, would be a bonus.
