Role Overview
We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large program for our Mosaic Social Care Systems on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects impacting social care services, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Program Leadership: Lead the Mosaic Social Care Systems program, ensuring successful project delivery.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams, vendors, and partners to define objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
* Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed plans, manage timelines, budgets, resources, and ensure successful execution.
* Risk Management: Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies with solutions and mitigation strategies.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
* Team Management: Support cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
* Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
Ideal Candidate
Proven track record in project management within social care, health, or IT sectors. Experience managing large-scale programs and familiarity with Mosaic Social Care Systems or similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead solutions-focused initiatives in a dynamic environment.
You Will Bring
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, or Waterfall.
* Experience with social care systems or within the public sector.
