The Role

* Lead the design and build of SAP Security and SAP GRC solutions
* Define and execute SAP security strategy aligned with enterprise requirements
* Configure and manage SAP GRC modules: Access Request Management (ARM), Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM)
* Ensure compliance with Segregation of Duty (SoD) and sensitive access rules
* Support provisioning workflows and access reviews
* Provide technical expertise on SAP Identity Management (IDM), Single Sign-On, and Centralised User Administration
* Drive audit compliance and uphold privacy standards
* Mentor junior team members and champion best practices
* Collaborate with external partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions
Requirements
* Strong understanding of SAP Security fundamentals and role-based access controls
* Proven experience with SAP GRC modules (ARM, ARA, EAM)
* Expertise in SAP IDM and security analytics
* Hands-on experience with ECC 6.0, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Public Cloud
* Ability to design, configure, and implement security roles across multiple projects
* Deep knowledge of information security principles and compliance frameworks
