Capital Projects Services - Senior Associate

Our Capital Project Services (CPS) team is a group of multi‑disciplined professionals with experience delivering capital projects across sectors such as Defense, Transport, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Government & Healthcare, Energy, Utilities and Resources.
We support clients in extracting optimum value from their projects, providing expertise to navigate complex, high‑stakes situations and designing transformative solutions with senior business leaders to optimise the efficiency of their capital programmes.
What Your Days Will Look Like
* Proactively manage multiple client engagements while reporting to Senior Managers and above
* Train and lead team members
* Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
* Contribute to the development of technical acumen for yourself and your team
* Stay current with local and national business and economic issues
* Engage in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on existing or new clients
* Continue to build internal relationships and advance the PwC brand

* You possess exceptional technical aptitude and analytical skills, able to translate complex issues into clear client solutions

* You have a commercial background in supply chain management, procurement, contract negotiations and contract management
* You hold a strong academic background and are interested in continuous learning and development
* You have experience managing contracts, suppliers or projects, and understand core delivery principles
* You are open to national and international travel

* Strong relationship building with a self‑motivated drive to deliver results
* Experience in contract, supplier or project management with a deep understanding of project delivery principles
* Self‑awareness and ambition for continuous personal and team development
* Experience in management consulting, especially in operating and delivery models
* Exposure to capital planning or asset management environments
* Experience in digital transformation or technology consulting
