Overview
You will act as a specialist resource and provide specialist advice in relation to care of people with diabetes and provide a range of educational and training programmes for the multidisciplinary team, patients, families and carers.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic nurses who have proven experience in the speciality of diabetes.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent diabetes care to both inpatients and outpatients.
* Work autonomously, develop and lead a specialty within diabetes.
* Serve as an independent prescriber.
