About the Role
* Lead a dedicated care team delivering high quality, therapeutic, family style care
* Ensure the home consistently meets or exceeds Ofsted standards
* Oversee safeguarding, compliance, rota coordination, and staff development
* Provide hands on support to young people with emotional and behavioural needs
* Foster strong, collaborative relationships with professionals and local authorities

About You
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a children s residential setting
* Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People s Workforce (or equivalent)
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or willingness to enrol)
* In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
* Experience supporting children with trauma, attachment issues, and challenging behaviours
* Full UK manual driving licence
* A calm, resilient, compassionate approach with a good sense of humour
