We are a well-established (20 years) Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm on Colne high street dedicated to providing tailored financial planning and investment advice to individuals and businesses. We're now seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our friendly and professional team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in supporting others to deliver excellent client service. Professional development and training will be encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to two advisers and the wider team.
* Prepare, format, and manage client documentation, reports, and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate client records using our CRM (Intelliflo).
* Liaise with providers, clients, and third parties to obtain and process information.
* Support the onboarding process for new clients, including compliance checks and data entry.
* Manage diary scheduling, meeting preparation, and general office administration.
* Assist with compliance and regulatory documentation when required.
About you
* Previous administrative experience is essential with involvement in financial services or IFA environment preferred but not crucial.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent written and verbal skills with confident telephone manner.
* Frequent experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
* Quick learner with ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
* A professional and positive attitude with a client-focused approach.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
