The Role As Chef de Partie, you will: Lead your own section to a Michelin standard Work closely with our Head and Sous Chefs to deliver consistent, beautifully executed dishes Contribute to seasonal dish development and creative refinement Take ownership of your mise en place, ordering, task prioritisation, and standards Uphold a calm, supportive, and professional atmosphere in the kitchen This role is ideal for a talented Commis Chef ready to take the next step in a nurturing, ambitious team.
