Pay Rate: £13.49 per hour (£28,000 per annum)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm

ARC Group is recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a well-established warehouse operation in Fakenham. You must hold valid Reach and Counterbalance licences and be confident operating both trucks safely and efficiently.
About the role:
80% FLT operation (Reach & Counterbalance)
20% general warehouse duties, including:
Loading and unloading vehicles
Order picking and stock replenishment
Pallet wrapping and labelling
Operating PPT and assisting with goods in/out
Maintaining housekeeping and supporting stock checks
Requirements:
Valid FLT Reach & Counterbalance licence
Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Reliable, safety-conscious, and a good team player
