Role Description
The Wellbeing Facilitator – Schools Focused is a full-time, Belfast-based role responsible for coordinating and delivering creative, engaging, and inclusive wellbeing programmes within primary and secondary schools (KS2 and above). The role involves working directly with young people, collaborating with school staff, and promoting emotional, social, and mental wellbeing through youth work approaches and creative activities.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year's experience delivering programmes with children/young people in schools, youth, or community settings.
* Ability to engage young people through creative and participatory approaches.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of mental health promotion and positive coping strategies.
* Understanding of youth development principles.
* Educated to Level 3 (A-Level or equivalent); a relevant degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Youth Work is desirable.
